Benedek Bodzan
Personal trainer
I’m Beni, I’ve been working as a coach since 2015. During this period, of course, I continuously trained myself and tried to acquire as much professional knowledge as possible.
Whatever the goal is – reducing body fat percentage, increasing muscle mass, or achieving a better, healthier feeling of well-being – contact me with confidence.
In addition to achieving the common goal, proper nutrition is important. If you also need a specialist to point you in the right direction, I can also help.
Unbroken enthusiasm and great interest characterize my training sessions, which I have been able to use in the form of personal training sessions and group lessons until now.

Ġenovéva Ðomsa
Physiotherapist
I’m Geni, a physiotherapist graduated from the University of Szeged, who embarks on his professional career with great enthusiasm and dedication.:) Development is important to me, so right after my bachelor’s degree, I took part in several further training courses, including FDM, Triggerpoint and Kinezio-Sporttape techniques. With my creative, empathetic and helpful attitude, my goal is to make the patients/guests efficient
healing, achieving their goals as soon as possible. I look forward to seeing you with love!:)
Interesting fact: I was born into a dancing family, but my first love was ice dancing, which I pursued for 7.5 years. This was followed by various Latin dance styles (salsa, bachata), in which I have 8 years of experience, and I have been teaching for several years, so movement has always been and will be essential for me.

Physiotherapist, Manual Therapist, Practice Manager
Current international research recommends appropriate movement therapy for musculoskeletal pain after examination.
The Digital Move studio provides a unique opportunity for building individual movement programmes to meet the demands of the 21st century, aiming to achieve a healthy, pain-free, active life.
We encounter these and similar problems every day: worn knee joints, arm numbness, hip pain, pulled ligaments – the list is endless. Although we use therapeutic regimens, no two body types, physical histories, genetic backgrounds and life circumstances are the same, and we need to take them all into account for ideal recovery.
We work with a medical background, based on consultations. Movement therapy is complemented by co-disciplines such as spine medicine, neurology, pain management and nutritional science.
Sport is an integral part of my life, I love tennis, football, gym, skiing, volleyball, karate, triathlon – when I have the time, space, mood and company.
I also have some experience with yoga, pilates, body art, wall climbing, interval training and water sports that I can confidently recommend to recovering and recovered patients.
